The hotel offered complimentary fruit baskets and welcome drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was remote, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the hotel had a beautiful pool which was an enjoyable feature.
The staff were poorly trained and unprofessional. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate, and when we did manage to, we received standard responses without any genuine help.
